The region has the most beloved park of the paulistanos, Ibirapuera, as well as various museums, shopping centers and many other recreational options. There is also plenty of sophistication and nighttime fun at shows, bars and restaurants that stay open until dawn.

IBIRAPUERA PARK - In addition to its vast green area, it has a complex of important museums: the modern art museum (MAM), with an ample collection of Brazilian contemporary art; the Afro-Brazil Museum, which offers a bit of the significant contribution of Africans to Brazilian culture; and the Contemporary Art Museum (MAC). Exhibitions and installations can also be seen in the Biennial building and at OCA. Among other attractions are also the Japanese pavilion, the Manequinho Lopes Tree Nursery, the Ibirapuera Auditorium and the light and color show in the lake fountain on the weekends between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.- Av.
